Greetings world,
When I was in high school, I used to post a lot of things like rants and poetry on a website. I also used to say mean things about people that I didn’t get along who went to school with me. Suffice it to say, it caused more problems then it was worth. However, many years have come and gone since that time and I think that the time has come to offer my thoughts to the world in a more public way.
What motivated my doing this was the realization was that my academic interests were starting to intersect with areas of public dialogue. Thus, I thought that it would be good to take my own thinking on various subjects into the public sphere.
For those who are interested, on this blog you can expect to read thoughts on philosophy, religion, parenting, politics and other fairly intense existential issues.
I hope that whatever emerges from the words that will follow will help in some small way to foster constructive dialogues. I welcome and encourage any suggestions or requests for issues to look at on this forum.
My best wishes to everyone,
Sean
